“For us, it is clear that Naby will not play for Bremen anymore. So a loan deal is the right thing for us. We wish him all the best.”
Keita spent five seasons at Liverpool, winning the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup. After joining from Leipzig for €60 million last summer.
Keita left Anfield to return to the Bundesliga, but he has made just five appearances and started just one. Before having problems with the new team,
Keita still had a contract with Bremen until 2026. But Ferencvaros announced that there was a condition to buy for an undisclosed amount. Ferencvaros
has won the Hungarian league for 6 consecutive seasons, keeping the record for the most trophies in the country, and this season is still leading the pack, plus there is a chance to enter the Europa League knockout round.
